We walk you through your options based on your podcast type and your budget. For example, if you are planning to interview your podcast guests in person; you will need different equipment from if you are conducting all of your interviews on Skype or Zoom. Artwork
After you have selected a name for your podcast that reflects your goals, we get started on creating artwork. Your podcast cover is crucial. You need to stand out from the other podcasts in your category and communicate your podcast value without cramming loads of text into the picture. We work with stellar graphic designers who know how to make the most of the limited space.
Intros and Outros
You can download royalty free music online from sites like bensound.com or Audio Jungle for your intro and outro music. Many podcasters prefer custom music which reflects their show’s energy and content. We have an inhouse composer ready to create custom music for your podcast. If you want a professional voiceover included in your intro, we organize that as well.
Recording and Editing
We recommend that you start your podcast with three or five episodes ready for your listeners to get a clear idea of how great your content is. After you have recorded your episodes, you send them to us for editing. We cut out all the ums, crutch words, ambient noise and master the audio. We add your intro, outro, ID3 tags etc and send the files back for your review.
Hosting and RSS feeds
After the review process is complete, we put it all together and upload your files to your chosen podcast host. We then get you set up with the key podcast directories like Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Stitcher. This includes writing any copy required for your show description and episode titles.
Show Notes
We write show notes for each episode and add them to the dedicated podcast part of your site. If you need a custom website specifically for your podcast, we can create this for an additional cost.
